Hi, I’m Victoria Bartley, the heart behind the sparkle at Glitter Bedazzle Create. After back-to-back knee surgeries pulled me away from my dream job, I found healing through art and my lifelong love of pageantry.
That is how G.B.C. began.
I’m a proud military wife, married to my high school sweetheart, with more than 23 years of pageantry experience and I've had the honor of wearing many crowns, as a competitor, coach, creative, and mentor. My journey has shown me the power of growth, confidence, and presentation, and it is what I now pour into every client I work with.
Through G.B.C. I offer personalized coaching, specializing in interview prep, stage presence, and wardrobe styling, along with custom creations designed to help every contestant shine. I can not promise you a win, but I can promise genuine mentorship, guidance, and the tools to help you grow into the title you are working toward.
